Uso y aprovechamiento de la tierra en el sector cooperativo del municipio Jobabo, Las Tunas

    La investigación se efectúa al sector cooperativo por la necesidad de resolver las insuficiencias partiendo de un análisis económico del Balance de Uso y Tenencia de la Tierra como vía de solución para promover la gestión eficiente y el crecimiento de la producción agrícola sostenible, el cual se fundamenta en los indicadores y su comportamiento para el año 2017, que mostraron resultados negativos en las tres formas productivas, ya que tienen tierras infestadas de marabú. Las UBPC son las que presentan más hectáreas de tierras ociosas y las que menos superficie bajo riego poseen. Las superficies destinadas a la ganadería utilizan en mayor grado los pastos naturales, y en menor cuantía los pastos mejorados como alimento proteico y energético. El análisis contribuye a proponer un grupo de acciones que permitan disminuir las insuficiencias detectadas. Para ello se utilizó fundamentalmente la revisión de documentos de la información de datos estadísticos, entre otros.

    The investigation is made to the cooperative sector by the necessity of solving the inadequacies leaving of an economic analysis of the Balance of Use and Holding of the Earth like solution road to promote the efficient administration and the growth of the sustainable agricultural production, which is based in the indicators and its behavior for the year 2017 that showed negative results in the three productive forms, since has infested lands of marabout. The UBPC is those that present more hectares of lazy lands and those that less surface under watering possesses. The surfaces dedicated to the cattle raising use in more grade the natural grasses, and in smaller quantity the grasses improved as food proteico and energy. The analysis contributes to propose a group of actions that they allow to diminish the detected inadequacies. For it was used it fundamentally the revision of documents of the information of statistical data, among others.
