Resumen de Programación Neurolingüística en la mejora del aprendizaje de los estudiantes universitarios de la Universidad Andina Néstor Cáceres Velásquez

  La Programación Neurolingüística (PNL) provee herramientas para una óptima comunicación, esta proporciona instrumentos para cambiar comportamientos, habilidades, que limitan o impiden alcanzar los objetivos académicos y personales. El objetivo de esta investigación fue identificar las características del aprendizaje de los estudiantes y los estilos de comunicación de los docentes hacia el estudiante. El estudio es de tipo descriptivo, desarrollado en tres etapas: a) Revisión documentaria. b) Se elaboró un cuestionario con la escala tipo Likert, validado por tres expertos y mediante el alfa de Cronbach de 0.805. c) Los resultados fueron sistematizados mediante cuadros estadísticos simples. Se puede observar que las correlaciones positivas más altas se dieron entre los metaprogramas de la PNL de actitud ante una situación y las estrategias de aprendizaje. Se concluye que, existe una relación débil entre las variables y se puede observar que las correlaciones positivas se dan entre los metaprogramas del PNL de actitud ante una situación y las estrategias de aprendizaje. Por lo tanto, existe la necesidad de implementar cursos de inducción docente para mejorar la comunicación con los estudiantes y lograr aprendizajes significativos.

  Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP) provides tools for optimal communication, it provides instruments to change behaviors, skills, which limit or prevent the achievement of academic and personal goals. The objective of this research was to identify the characteristics of student learning and the communication styles of teachers towards students. The study is descriptive, developed in three stages: a) Documentary review. b) A questionnaire was elaborated with a Likert-type scale, validated by three experts and using Cronbach's alpha of 0.805. c) The results were systematized by means of simple statistical tables. It can be observed that the highest positive correlations were between the NLP meta-programs of attitude towards a situation and learning strategies. It is concluded that, there is a weak relationship between the variables and it can be observed that the positive correlations are between the NLP metaprograms of attitude to a situation and learning strategies. Therefore, there is a need to implement teacher induction courses to improve communication with students and achieve meaningful learning.
