El Sistema Educativo del Estado de Durango, y de la mayoría de las entidades de la República Mexicana, tiene docentes que fueron formados bajo conceptos del siglo XIX; armonizar el trabajo de un profesorado que posee características de tres siglos distintos, es el reto; diseñar un programa educativo debe considerarse.

The Educational System of the State of Durango, and most of the entities in the Mexican Republic, have teachers who were formed under concepts from the 19th century; harmonizing the work of a teaching staff that possesses characteristics from three different centuries is the challenge; designing an educational program must be considered.
