El liderazgo transformacional y la gestión educativa: su incidencia en los resultados que obtienen las instituciones educativas

    El objetivo del estudio fue analizar el liderazgo transformacional y la gestión educativa y su incidencia en los resultados que obtienen las instituciones educativas. Se aborda los estilos de gestión y los cambios que se producen desde las instancias de dirección. Estuvo inmersa en el paradigma cualitativo, ya que no existen posturas ni referentes de índole numéricos. La investigación fue documental, se revisaron las bases Redalyc, Dialnet, Google Académico y SciELO. La técnica utilizada fue la revisión bibliográfica de 85 obras que permitieron realizar una escogencia de cinco referentes documentales. Dentro de los resultados importantes se puede citar que el liderazgo transformacional es una orientación para actualizar y modificar el rol de las instituciones educativas. En las conclusiones, se siguieron las siguientes indicaciones: El liderazgo transformacional es una opción de gestión que se apega a la búsqueda de espacio para producir cambios en favor de la institución, procurando romper con las monotonías, y mejorando los servicios que se prestan. La gestión educativa está en estrecha relación con los resultados de las instituciones escolares, en el sentido de que, si existe una buena gerencia, evidentemente los servicios educativos que se prestan estarán a la altura de las exigencias de los usuarios.

    The general objective of this research was to analyze transformational leadership and educational management and its impact on the results obtained by educational institutions. It addresses management styles and the changes that occur from the management levels. It was immersed in the qualitative paradigm, since there are no numerical positions or references. The type of research was documentary, where the Redalyc, Dialnet, Google Scholar and SciELO databases were reviewed. The technique used was the bibliographic review of 85 works that allowed the selection of five (5) documentary references. Among the most important results, it can be mentioned that transformational leadership is an orientation to update and modify the role of educational institutions. In the conclusions, the following indications were followed: Transformational leadership is a management option that is attached to the search for space to produce changes in favor of the institution, seeking to break with monotonies, and improving the services provided. Educational management is closely related to the results of the school institutions, in the sense that, if there is good management, evidently the educational services provided will be up to the demands of the users, and this gives meaning to a new type of management.
