    Niño de 14 años, tiene un accidente con la bici y se fractura un brazo, se rompe el labio y tiene quemaduras por el cuerpo. Tras ser atendido en urgencias, acudirá con su madre al centro de salud para ver su evolución y realizar las curas pertinentes. No tiene antecedentes de ninguna enfermedad. Entonces, en la consulta se realizará una valoración según las necesidades de V. Henderson para detectar los diagnósticos más importantes y proponer una serie de intervenciones para que evolucione correctamente.
