    En este artículo nos interesa estudiar las acciones colectivas que realizó H.I.J.O.S. Córdoba que posibilitaron y sostuvieron la apertura de los juicios de crímenes de lesa humanidad, a partir de la Causa Brandalisis en 2008. Nos interesa saber cómo el movimiento actúa frente a la posibilidad concreta de juzgar por primera vez a los genocidas; estableciendo las conexiones, agencias, vínculos entre la organización y el juicio. Nuestra hipótesis es que, sin el trabajo desarrollado desde la organización, no hubiera sido posible el juzgamiento efectivo de genocidas. Enmarcadas en las luchas pro derechos humanos, el reclamo y las acciones de protesta se solapan con la responsabilidad de involucrarse con el Estado y la posibilidad de la justicia.

    In this article, we are interested in studyingthe collective actions carried out by H.I.J.O.S. Córdoba that made possible and sustained the opening of trials of crimes against humanity, starting whit the Brandalisis Casein 2008. We are interested in knowing how the organization acts when there is a concrete possibility of judging for the first time the genocides; establish connections, agencies, relationships between the organization and the trial. Our hypothesis is that without the work developed by the organization, it would not have been possible to effectively prosecute genocides. Framed in human rights struggles, the claim and protest actions overlap with the responsibility to engage with the State and the possibility of justice
