Resumen de Los lugares de la historia de la educación hondureña y paraguaya

  ¿Existe una producción historiográfica de la educación en Honduras y Paraguay? ¿Cuáles son sus vehículos de divulgación? ¿A qué intenciones, políticas y contextos obedecen? ¿Qué tipo de historia de la educación es la que se produce? Son algunas de las preguntas que intenta responder este artículo al describir los lugares que ocupan las construcciones discursivas de la historia de la educación hondureña y paraguaya en obras del campo de las ciencias sociales, específicamente de sociología, lingüística e historia, destacando las obras que son propias del campo de la historia de la educación. El resultado de este ejercicio dio visibilidad no apenas a las recurrencias de este tipo de construcción histórica de la educación en ambos países, sino, también, a la materialidad de los objetos consultados vinculada a su contexto histórico-político, ofreciendo, así, elementos de inteligibilidad para comprender la dispersa producción del campo en tales países. El artículo finaliza mostrando los esfuerzos recientes para la constitución del campo de la historia de la educación así como la importancia de invertir en el estudio historiográfico de artículos académicos y memorias de eventos nacionales e internacionales ya sea desde la vía académica – oficial, como lo es el caso de la Dirección de Historia y Patrimonio (DIHIPA), órgano de la Secretaría de Educación de Honduras; o la vía Académica – Universitaria, como lo es el caso de Paraguay con la conformación de su Sociedad de Historia de la Educación Paraguaya que organizará el XV Congreso Iberoamericano de Historia de la Educación (CIHELA) en 2023.

  Is there a historiographic production of education in Honduras and Paraguay? What are their dissemination vehicles? What intentions, policies and contexts do they obey? What kind of history of education is produced? These are some of the questions that this article tries to answer by describing the places occupied by the discursive constructions of the history of Hondu-ran and Paraguayan education in works from the field of social sciences, specifically sociology, linguistics and history, highlighting the works that are from the field of educational history. The result of this exercise gave visibili-ty not only to the recurrences of this type of historical construction of edu-cation in both countries, but also to the materiality of the objects consulted linked to their historical-political context, thus offering elements of intelligi-bility to understand the scattered field production in such countries. The article ends by showing the recent efforts for the constitution of the field of the history of education as well as the importance of investing in the histo-riographic study of academic articles and memories of national and inter-national events, either from the academic-official path, as it is the case of the Directorate of History and Heritage (DIHIPA), a body of the Honduran Ministry of Education; or the Academic path, as is the case of Paraguay with the formation of its Society for the History of Paraguayan Education that will organize the XV Ibero-American Congress of the History of Educa-tion (CIHELA) in 2023.
