    Mujer de 42 años, acude al servicio de urgencias del Hospital Clínico Lozano Blesa, por presentar cefalea pulsátil de varias horas de evolución.

    Ya tiene antecedentes de crisis hipertensivas. Tras objetivar en su domicilio una TA de 220/123, decide acudir al hospital.
