    Riobamba maneja una estructura por procesos, en donde se sugieren un diseño su gestión, en el Talento Humano se propone realizar que los miembros de dicha organización aptos para la ejecución de sus funciones, además se planteó para la prestación del servicio la manera en que como desarrollara las actividades diarias.

    El presente trabajo de investigación trata de aportar a la Dirección de Gestión de Movilidad, Tránsito y Transporte que siendo un proceso de valor del Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizo de Municipal Este trabajo de investigación lo hemos desarrollado de la siguiente manera:

    • el problema por el cual se realiza esta investigación, la justificación además de los objetivos general y especifico los cuales se pretende realizarlos.

    • su fundamentación teórica, en donde gracias los antecedentes investigativos, se tiene un base para la realización de este trabajo.

    • se indicará los tipos, modos de investigación, la población y la muestra a investigar, los instrumentos que utilizaremos y el cuadro de diagnóstico.

    • se aplicará el marco propositivo donde se desarrolla el propósito de esta investigación, la información de la organización, el análisis situacional, la matriz FODA y el modelo de gestión.

    • Como última parte se manifiesta las conclusiones y recomendaciones, las fuentes bibliográficas y lo anexos correspondientes.

    Riobamba manages a structure by processes, where a management design is suggested, in the Human Talent it is proposed to make the members of said organization fit for the execution of their functions, in addition, the manner in which develop daily activities.

    The present work of investigation tries to contribute to the Management of Mobility, Traffic and Transport Management that being a process of value of the Autonomous Government Decentralization of Municipal We have developed this research work in the following way:

    • The problem by which this research is carried out, the justification in addition to the general and specific objectives which are intended to be carried out.

    • Its theoretical foundation, where thanks to the investigative background, there is a basis for the realization of this work.

    • Indicate the types, modes of research, the population and the sample to be investigated, the instruments we will use and the diagnosis chart.

    • the propositive framework where the purpose of this research is developed, the information of the organization, the situational analysis, the SWOT matrix and the management model will be applied.

    • The final part shows the conclusions and recommendations, the bibliographical sources and the corresponding annexes.
