Resumen de Los fundamentos éticos y jurídicos de la protección de los canes en el Perú

Los canes, para la mayoría de las personas, son los animales de compañía por excelencia, sin embargo, existe muy poco debate sobre los fundamentos éticos y jurídicos para su debida protección. El objetivo de este trabajo consiste en comprender las razones para concederle una consideración y protección especial, en analizar al can de manera individual y particular diferenciándolo del resto de los animales para lograr una mejor regulación, mejor trato y debida protección.

Dogs, for most people, are the quintessential companion animal, however there is very little discussion about the ethical and legal foundations for their proper protection. The objective of this work is to understand the reasons for granting them special consideration and protection, and to analyze dogs in an individual and particular way, differentiating them from other animals to achieve better regulation, better treatment and proper protection.
