  • Resumen
    • Regarding Hollis Williams’s article “A ‘Perpetual Motion Machine’ Powered by Electromagnetism” in the January 2024 issue,1 my departmental colleagues and I were intrigued enough to buy one (one of the genuine William Le creations, not an inferior imitation). It has been fun and educational and got a lot of attention at our AAPT section meeting. However, we found Steve Mould’s explanation of its operation2 to be more complete and accurate.
