  • The world of libraries and their services is constantly changing rapidly and cultural operators need to change work strategies quickly to follow the most current communication fows. What tools do we currently have to populate a new and increasingly complex information world in rapid evolution? How to place the library in the current fow of information and emerge by making its services known and promoting reading? There are several strategies to implement by evaluating the type of audience that is in front of us.
