España invitada de honor en la Feria del Libro de Fráncfort 2022. Balance de una estrategia político-cultural para la literatura del país ibérico

    El presente artículo introduce el número monográfico de Estudios Culturales Hispánicos, consagrado a la participación de España como país invitado de honor en la Feria del Libro de Fráncfort en el año 2022. Los autores presentan las coordenadas gene­rales de un informe y una evaluación provisoria del evento, a dos años de distancia. Qué España vino a configurarse y a salir de la feria, en su dimensión literaria y editorial, es la pregunta que guía su planteamiento, dando seguimiento a una trayectoria de estudios que integran las filologías con la sociología del campo literario, la historia de la edición y del libro.

    The paper introduces the monographic issue of Estudios Culturales Hispánicos, which focuses on Spain’s participation as guest of honour at the Frankfurt Book Fair in 2022. The authors present here the guidelines of a provisional report and evaluation of the event, two years since it took place. Their approach is guided by the question of what Spain came to shape and out of the fair, in its literary and publishing dimension, by continuing a trajectory that integrate philology and literary studies into the sociology of the literary field and the so-called book and publishing history.
