Resumen de Panorama de la inteligencia artificial medida por un Big Data en la Colombia actual

  En Colombia se está gestionando estrategias para la implementación de la inteligencia Artificial (IA) en especial en el sector gubernamental como lo son el ámbito jurídico y ético, pero necesita fortalecerse la IA en el sector público, motivo por el cual se analiza el talento humano en habilidades digitales y el nivel de investigación de las instituciones tanto educativas como empresariales con relación a la IA. Por lo tanto, se trabaja por medio de un enfoque metodológico cuantitativo con un tipo de estudio descriptivo y explorativo. La recolección de datos y análisis se realizó por medio de la herramienta del Big Data con el recurso digital de Excel Pivote, donde los resultados obtenidos demostraron que son relativamente pocas personas que poseen habilidades digitales y que además hay muy poco interés de investigación por parte de la mayoría de instituciones universitarias y empresariales con relación a la IA.

  In Colombia, strategies are being managed for the implementation of Artificial Intelligence (AI) especially in the government sector, such as the juridical and ethical fields, but the AI needs to be strengthened in the public sector, which is why human talent in digital skills is analyzed and the level of research of both educational and business institutions in relation to AI. Therefore, it is being worked through a quantitative methodological approach with a type of descriptive and exploratory study. The data collection and analysis were carried out using the Big Data tool with the Excel Pivot digital resource, where the results obtained showed that there are relatively few people who have digital skills and that there is also low interest of researching from the part of most universities and business institutions in relation to AI.
