    El objetivo general de la presente investigación es establecer la incidencia de las Habilidades Blandas en la Convivencia de Democrática en los estudiantes del nivel secundaria en la Institución Educativa Pública Reino de España 7053 del Distrito de Barranco, Lima año 2022. Respecto a la metodología, la tesis hizo uso del enfoque cuantitativo, de tipo básica, de nivel descriptivo, correlacional causal. La población está constituida por 235 estudiantes de educación secundaria del primero al cuarto año, en la Institución Educativa Pública Reino de España 7053 del Distrito de Barranco, Lima año 2022. La investigación concluyó que las Habilidades Blandas inciden significativamente en la Convivencia de Democrática en los estudiantes de secundaria en la Institución Educativa Pública Reino de España. Se recomienda respecto a las habilidades blandas, es necesario seguir fortaleciéndolas, promoviendo talleres complementarios con especialistas que traten para cada grado diversos temas y estrategias que permitan su desarrollo.

    The general objective of the present research is to establish the incidence of the Soft Skills in the Democratic Coexistence in the students of the secondary level in the Public Educational Institution Reino de España 7053 of the District of Barranco, Lima year 2022. Regarding the methodology, the thesis made use of the quantitative approach, of basic type, descriptive level, causal correlational. The population is constituted by 235 students of secondary education from the first to the fourth year, in the Public Educational Institution Reino de España 7053 of the District of Barranco, Lima year 2022. The research concluded that Soft Skills have a significant impact on Democratic Coexistence in high school students at the Reino de España Public Educational Institution. It is recommended that with respect to soft skills, it is necessary to continue strengthening them, promoting complementary workshops with specialists who deal with different topics and strategies that allow their development for each grade.
