    Enfocado en las complejidades de la constelación normativa que regula la vida de los pobladores de Huanta en 2022, este estudio aborda la aplicación de los principios de la lógica formal al análisis del derecho, generando reacciones variadas en cuanto a su utilidad y pertinencia. Las contradicciones se manifiestan cuando coexisten múltiples conjuntos de sistemas normativos, denominados constelaciones normativas, que influyen en la vida en términos de tiempo, espacio y cultura social. En el contexto peruano, caracterizado por una rica diversidad cultural, se observa una singular coexistencia de diversas constelaciones normativas, dando lugar a una complejidad jurídica única. Esta diversidad cultural no solo implica la coexistencia de sistemas normativos diversos, sino también una marcada disparidad en la interpretación de conceptos fundamentales como justicia y solidaridad. La realidad peruana presenta tres rasgos distintivos: una pluralidad de constelaciones normativas, un desequilibrio notorio en la comprensión de nociones vitales y la capacidad potencial para la incorporación de nuevos contenidos normativos, según las reflexiones de Ariz (2020). Con el fin de profundizar en el análisis de estas dinámicas, la investigación adopta un enfoque cualitativo y cuantitativo, basándose en la recopilación de información proveniente de artículos científicos, revistas especializadas y entrevistas relacionadas con la contradicción de la constelación normativa en los pobladores de Huanta. La aplicación de formularios complementará esta aproximación, buscando obtener una comprensión matizada de la compleja interacción entre los distintos sistemas normativos que influyen en la vida cotidiana de la comunidad huantina.

    Focused on the complexities of the regulatory constellation that regulates the lives of the residents of Huanta in 2022, this study addresses the application of the principles of formal logic to the analysis of law, generating varied reactions regarding its usefulness and relevance. Contradictions manifest when multiple sets of normative systems, called normative constellations, coexist, influencing life in terms of time, space and social culture. In the Peruvian context, characterized by a rich cultural diversity, a unique coexistence of various regulatory constellations is observed, giving rise to a unique legal complexity. This cultural diversity not only implies the coexistence of diverse regulatory systems, but also a marked disparity in the interpretation of fundamental concepts such as justice and solidarity. The Peruvian reality presents three distinctive features: a plurality of regulatory constellations, a notable imbalance in the understanding of vital notions and the potential capacity for the incorporation of new regulatory content, according to the reflections of Ariz (2020). In order to deepen the analysis of these dynamics, the research adopts a qualitative and quantitative approach, based on the compilation of information from scientific articles, specialized magazines and interviews related to the contradiction of the normative constellation in the residents of Huanta. The application of forms will complement this approach, seeking to obtain a nuanced understanding of the complex interaction between the different regulatory systems that influence the daily life of the Huantán community.
