Resumen de Retos didácticos frente a la Generación Z y la era digital en el contexto educativo venezolano

  La globalización, nuevas tecnologías y la omnipresencia de los ecosistemas digitales están determinando las dinámicas actuales, derivando en un mundo cada vez más hiperconectado. El presente ensayo tiene el propósito presentar una visión reflexiva en cuanto al modo de enseñar y aprender y las características del estudiante de hoy, propiciando el debate pedagógico en torno a los retos didácticos que se le presentan al docente en los escenarios educativos actuales. Dentro de este marco, irrumpe una generación de jóvenes nacidos entre los años 1995-2010 reconocidos ampliamente como generación Z (McCrindle, 2014), quienes han crecido, socializado, comunicado y entretenido de la mano del internet, la web y contextos digitalizados, trayecto consigo una forma particular de ver e interactuar con el mundo, revolucionando el presente y al parecer marcando las pautas de tiempos venideros, convirtiéndose en un verdadero reto educativo. La generación Z se proyecta como una generación que puede transformar la realidad venezolana si se le brinda una educación de calidad que respete su diversidad, estimule su participación y fomente su autonomía

  The globalization, new technologies and the omnipresence of digital ecosystems are determining the current dynamics, resulting in an increasingly hyperconnected world. The purpose of this article is to present a reflective vision regarding the way of teaching and learning and the characteristics of today's student, promoting pedagogical debate around the didactic challenges that are presented to the teacher in current educational scenarios. Within this framework, a generation of young people born between the years 1995-2010 widely recognized as generation Z (McCrindle, 2014), who have grown, socialized, communicated and entertained by the internet, the web and digitized contexts, journey with them a particular way of seeing and interacting with the world, revolutionizing the present and apparently setting the guidelines for future times, which translates into an educational challenge. Generation Z is projected as a generation that can positively transform the Venezuelan reality if it is provided with quality education that respects its diversity, stimulates its participation and promotes its autonomy
