  Esta investigación estuvo centrada en el proceso de inclusión de los estudiantes Sordos en el ámbito universitario, está enmarcado en el contexto del Instituto Pedagógico Rafael Alberto Escobar Lara de Maracay con el propósito de interpretar la experiencia de los docentes y estudiantes sordos en el proceso de enseñanza y aprendizaje, el mismo se configuró en hallazgos complejos e innovadores dentro de las instituciones de educación universitaria. En consecuencia, se propuso como fundamento epistémico de la investigación el método hermenéutico, este permite develar los significados propios del comportamiento humano, manteniendo su singularidad en el entorno al cual pertenecen, se seleccionó la técnica de la entrevista para la recolección de la información con la finalidad de establecer una relación dialógica entre los informantes clave y el investigador, ambos miembros de la comunidad coexisten en el mencionado instituto. En los resultados obtenidos se evidenció el compromiso del trabajo existente entre el instituto y el estudiante sordo. Las adecuaciones en el contenido corresponden necesidades culturales y lingüísticas para el logro de una verdadera inclusión.

  This research was focused on the process of inclusion of deaf students in the university environment, it is framed in the context of the Rafael Alberto Escobar Lara Pedagogical Institute of Maracay with the purpose of interpreting the experience of deaf teachers and students in the teaching and learning process, it was configured in complex and innovative findings within university education institutions. Consequently, the hermeneutic method was proposed as the epistemic foundation of the research, this allows revealing the meanings of human behavior, maintaining its uniqueness in the environment to which they belong, the interview technique was selected for the collection of information with the In order to establish a dialogical relationship between the key informants and the researcher, both members of the community coexist in the aforementioned institute. In the results obtained, the commitment of the existing work between the institute and the deaf student was evidenced. The adaptations in the content correspond to cultural and linguistic needs for the achievement of a true inclusion.
