Diagnóstico de los estilos de liderazgo presentes en el desarrollo académico del Ingeniero en Gestión Empresarial

    En la actualidad las empresas necesitan profesionistas altamente calificados con habilidades directivas que les permitan cumplir metas y objetivos organizacionales. Una de las principales características que buscan en los colaboradores es que sea un buen líder, y para ello es necesario que los estudiantes desarrollen dicha habilidad. Esta investigación es realizada con un enfoque cualitativo utilizando el método descriptivo y apoyado por las técnicas documentales y de campo. El objetivo de este estudio es identificar los estilos de liderazgo presentes entre los alumnos de Ingeniería en Gestión Empresarial (IGE), es por ello que una de las preguntas de investigación es ¿cuál es el estilo de liderazgo que más prevalece entre los alumnos de IGE?, por lo que la pregunta se responde a través de un test que se compartió con el objeto de estudio. Los resultados obtenidos muestran que el estilo de liderazgo que más se manifiesta en este programa de estudios es el Líder de Equipo.

    Nowadays, companies need highly qualified professionals with managerial skills that allow them to meet organizational goals and objectives. One of the main characteristics they look for in employees is that they are a good leader, and for this it is necessary for students to develop this skill. This research is carried out with a qualitative approach using the descriptive method and supported by documentary and field techniques. The objective of this study is to identify the leadership styles present among Business Management Engineering students, which is why one of the research questions is what is the most prevalent leadership style among IGE students?, so the question is answered through a test that was shared with the object of study. The results obtained show that the leadership style that is most manifested in Business Management Engineering students is the Team Leader.
