    El pensamiento educativo de Fidel Castro es resumen y continuidad de lo más valioso de las tradiciones patriótico – pedagógicas cubanas. Resulta innegable el papel que ha jugado la figura de Fidel para los miles de maestros y profesores que se han formado en Cuba desde que triunfó la Revolución cubana. Tal significación se sustenta en su fructífero y permanente ideario pedagógico forjado desde su propio quehacer teórico – práctico en una trayectoria revolucionaria, que rebasa las seis décadas, nutrida de raíces martianas y marxistas, que permite descubrir como hilo conductor a su humanismo ético y a la educación como instrumento de transformación social.

    El presente trabajo aborda el pensamiento educativo de Fidel Castro, el cual es fuente inagotable de preceptos y sabiduría pedagógica digna de llevar a todos aquellos estudiantes que han escogido el amoroso camino del magisterio. Tiene el propósito de vislumbrar los objetivos que deben guiar el desempeño ético del docente desde el aporte de la obra de Fidel Castro. El tema propuesto reviste una singular importancia en la búsqueda de hitos fundamentales del pensamiento de Fidel Castro. Revela además su contribución al ideario educativo progresista cubano y su significación en la formación de maestros y profesores. Aborda la estrecha relación entre el ideario educativo imperante en una época determinada y la creación de instituciones formadoras del personal docente en contextos específicos, en el caso particular de Cuba.

    Fidel's educational thought Castro and the Code of the Cuban educator's Ethics.

    Fidel's educational thought Castro is summary and continuity of the most valuable thing of the patriotic traditions - pedagogic Cuban. It is undeniable the paper that has played Fidel's figure for the thousands of teachers and professors that have been formed in Cuba since the Cuban Revolution triumphed. Such a significance is sustained in its fruitful and permanent wrought pedagogic ideario from its own theoretical chore - practical in a revolutionary trajectory that surpasses already the six decades, nurtured of roots martianas and Marxists that he/she allows to discover like conductive thread to its ethical humanism and the education like instrument of social transformation.

    The present work approaches Fidel's educational thought Castro, which is inexhaustible source of precepts and worthy pedagogic wisdom of taking to all those students that have chosen the loving one on the way to the teaching. For ende, he/she has the purpose of glimpsing the objectives that should guide the ethical acting of the educational one from the contribution of Fidel's work Castro.

    The proposed topic had a singular importance in the search of fundamental landmarks of Fidel's thought Castro. He/she also reveals their contribution to the Cuban progressive educational ideario and their significance in the formation of teachers and professors. It approaches the narrow relationship among the prevailing educational ideario in a certain time and the creation of the educational personnel's institutions formadoras in specific contexts, in the case peculiar of Cuba.
