Resumen de Rescate de tradiciones productivas campesinas: una propuesta de principio pedagógico para el futuro ingeniero agrónomo

La Facultad Agroforestal de Guantánamo ha constituido el espacio ideal para la gestión de prácticas comunitarias que incluyen a los estudiantes como protagonistas de tareas durante el desarrollo de sus prácticas laborales, pero sin alejarse de los campesinos y trabajadores con experiencia y habilidades empíricas que pueden poner en mano del educando y junto lograr una producción más eficiente.
Las ideas que aquí se exponen, parten del criterio, que la planificación de tareas interactivas entre comunidades e instituciones docentes requieren de una minuciosa dedicación de los actores educativos, para que se cumplan propósitos mutuos, y dentro de estos, priorizar el fortalecimiento de convicciones personales y colectivas que engendran conductas y actuaciones coherentes con las demandas sociales de estos tiempos, y junto a ello permitir actuar creadoramente en defensa de los principios pedagógicos que deben contextualizarse.
El artículo tiene como finalidad, motivar a la comunidad universitaria, principalmente a los futuros Ingenieros Agrónomos, a desarrollar valores específicos según el modelo del profesional, y reconocer otras costumbres tradicionales que en algún momento históricos fueron asumidas como conocimientos valerosos de pertenencia, amor a la naturaleza, cuidado del medio ambiente.

The Faculty Agroforestry of Guantanamo has constituted the ideal space for the management of community practices that include the students as protagonists of tasks during the development of their labor practices, but without distancing themselves from the peasants and workers with experience and empirical skills that they can put in hand of the educating and together achieve a more efficient production.
The ideas presented here, based on the criterion, that the planning of interactive tasks between communities and educational institutions require a meticulous dedication of educational actors, to achieve mutual purposes, and within these, prioritize the strengthening of personal convictions and collectives that engender behaviors and actions coherent with the social demands of these times, and together with this, allow creative action in defense of the pedagogical principles that must be contextualized.
The purpose of the article is to motivate the university community, mainly future agronomists, to develop specific values according to the model of the professional, and to recognize other traditional customs that at some historical moment were assumed as courageous knowledge of belonging, love of the nature, care of the environment.
