Resumen de Los «usos de Lenin» en el comunismo argentino (1918-1943)

Tras su muerte, en enero de 1924, el legado teórico y político de Lenin se puso en disputa, al calor de las luchas intestinas dentro del Partido Comunista de la URSS (PCUS) y la Internacional Comunista (IC). La misma atravesó distintas etapas y momentos, conllevando modulaciones y variaciones locales. En este artículo analizamos los «usos de Lenin», es decir las formas de apropiación de su vida y obra, por parte del Partido Comunista de Argentina (PC), desde sus orígenes en 1918 hasta la disolución de la IC en 1943.

After his death in January 1924, Lenin’s theoretical and political legacy was disputed in the heat of the internal struggles within the Communist Party of the USSR (CPSU) and the Communist International (CI). It went through different stages and moments, entailing local modulations and variations. In this article we analyse the «uses of Lenin», i.e. the forms of appropriation of his life and work by the Com- munist Party of Argentina (CP) from its origins in 1918 until the dissolution of the CI in 1943.
