Resumen de Levantamento temático-legislativo do plano diretor do município de Veranópolis-RS

The research presented here seeks to ascertain the theme of the municipal directorial plan, observing the principles established by it, establishing a thematic-legislative survey of the master plan of the municipality of Veranópolis - RS, developing an analysis of Municipal Law No. 5,056, dated May 25th. 2007, also, through the hermeneutic and analytical methodology, it is intended to elaborate a diagnosis about the dispositions present in the legislation that establishes the Master Plan. The main focus will be on housing and mobility policies, as well as zoning practices and sustainable development. Through the analysis it will enable a better understanding of the values and devices present in said legislation.

A pesquisa ora apresentada procura averiguar a temática do plano diretor municipal, observando os princípios por ele estatuídos, estabelecendo um levantamento temático-legislativo do plano diretor do município de Veranópolis - RS, desenvolvendo uma análise da Lei Municipal nº 5.056, de 25 de maio de 2007, outrossim, através da metodologia hermenêutica e analítica pretende-se elaborar um diagnóstico acerca das disposições presentes na legislação que estabelece o Plano Diretor. O foco principal será dado nas políticas de habitação e mobilidade, bem como, nas práticas de zoneamento e desenvolvimento sustentável. Através da análise possibilitar-se-á uma compreensão melhor dos valores e dispositivos presentes na referida legislação.
