Aplicación del procedimiento para la mejora de la planificación de los recursos en la industria cubana del mueble

    El modelo económico cubano demanda el perfeccionamiento del sector empresarial destacando el papel de la empresa como principal forma de gestión estatal dirigida a satisfacer las necesidades crecientes de la sociedad, por lo que se requiere mayor eficiencia y competitividad. El contexto actual exige la aplicación de herramientas que posibiliten prever de manera adecuada los recursos para su control más eficiente y por ende, que suministren información oportuna para la toma de decisiones por parte de los directivos. En este sentido, el trabajo se realizó en la Unidad Empresarial de Base Muebles LUDEMA de Las Tunas perteneciente a la industria cubana del mueble con la finalidad de aplicar el procedimiento para la mejora de la planificación de los recursos sobre la base de actividades que generan valor a la organización. El procedimiento se aplicó de manera parcial atendiendo al diseño publicado por Matamoros (2015) como continuación de la investigación de esta temática. Los resultados permitieron corroborar su pertinencia en la gestión empresarial al determinarse con mayor exactitud los gastos indirectos por los causantes del costo de las actividades, lo que posibilita reducir las insuficiencias en el proceso de planificación a corto plazo y facilitar el aprovechamiento de los recursos, el desarrollo de ventajas competitivas y la toma de decisiones oportunas.

    The pattern economic Cuban demands the improvement of the managerial sector highlighting the paper of the company like main form of state administration directed to satisfy the growing necessities of the society, for what is required bigger efficiency and competitiveness. The current context demands the application of tools that you facilitate to foresee in an appropriate way the resources for its more efficient control and for ende that give opportune information for the taking of decisions on the part of the directive. In this sense, the work was carried out in the Managerial Unit of Base Furniture LUDEMA of The Tunas belonging to the Cuban industry of the piece of furniture with the purpose of applying the procedure for the improvement of the planning of the resources on the base of activities that they generate value to the organization. The procedure was applied in a partial way assisting to the design published by Matamoros (2015) as continuation of the investigation of this thematic one. The results allowed to corroborate their relevancy in the managerial administration when being determined with more accuracy the indirect expenses for the causing of the cost of the activities, what facilitates to reduce the inadequacies in the short term process of planning and to facilitate the use of the resources, the development of competitive advantages and the taking of opportune decisions.
