Resumen de Implementación de las siete herramientas administrativas en una obra deconstrucción de viviendas

  El sector de la construcción se enfrenta a una revolución que abarca distintas formas ytécnicas para realizar nuevos proyectos; por eso, las empresas se ven obligadas a buscarcontinuamente iniciativas que puedan generar ventaja competitiva que les permita sobreviviren el mercado. El propósito de este estudio, por tanto, fue implementar las siete herramientasadministrativas en una obra de construcción de viviendas. En la metodología es posibleobservar las fases que se deberán llevar a cabo para identificar el principal problema queenfrenta la empresa para disminuir el tiempo de entrega al cliente con una buena calidad ensu producto. En los resultados se especifican varias alternativas de solución, entre las quese destacan crear un manual de procedimientos. Como conclusión, la implementación delas siete herramientas administrativas permitió que la organización tuviera una visión másclara de la situación en la que se encuentra para dar solución a sus problemas.

  The construction sector is facing a revolution that encompasses different forms and techniquesin which new projects are carried out, which is why companies are forced to continuallyseek initiatives that can generate competitive advantage, which allows them to survive inthe market. The purpose of this study was to implement the 7 administrative tools in a housingconstruction site. In the methodology it is possible to observe the phases that must becarried out to identify the main problem that the company faces to reduce the delivery timeto the client with a good quality in its product. In the results, several solution alternatives arespecified where it is considered that the one that contributes the most to the main solutionof the problem is to make a procedures manual. In conclusion, the implementation of the 7administrative tools allowed the organization to have a clearer vision of the situation in which it finds itself and to be able to reach joint decision-making in order to solve their problems.
