    El pseudotumor inflamatorio supone una complicación infrecuente de la artroplastia total de cadera, existiendo escasas referencias en la literatura científica. Por este motivo, se presenta un caso clínico de un paciente de 45 años con un pseudotumor inflamatorio tras una artroplastia total de cadera.

    Inflammatory pseudotumor is a rare complication of total hip replacement, with few references in the scientific literature. For this reason, a case report of a 45-year-old patient with an inflammatory pseudotumor after a total hip replacement is presented.
