El evento "Espacios de Cruce" se llevó a cabo del 27 al 31 de agosto, dirigido a los estudiantes de la Licenciatura en Arte Dramático. Contó con la participación de nueve artistas e investigadores reconocidos en el ámbito de las Artes Escénicas en México. A través de charlas de dos horas, se exploraron los procesos de creación y las investigaciones más recientes de los invitados. El objetivo fue acercar a los alumnos a nuevas formas de escritura escénica, destacando el arte como herramienta de denuncia y subversión contra sistemas patriarcales.
El encuentro se centró en el arte como un espacio liminal, en donde las fronteras entre la vida y el arte se difuminan, promoviendo la reflexión sobre el poder transformador del arte en lo social. Se discutió la expansión de los lenguajes escénicos y su papel en la subversión del orden político, particularmente en un contexto como el de México. Además, los estudiantes reflexionaron sobre temas como identidad, comunicación y apropiación de espacios abandonados.
Los invitados, como Antonio Prieto, Shaday Larios, César Enríquez y otros, respondieron a preguntas sobre la relación entre política y escena, y compartieron sus perspectivas sobre cómo sus investigaciones y creaciones impactan tanto en ellos como en los demás. El evento también fortaleció los vínculos de la Licenciatura en Arte Dramático con instituciones y grupos teatrales reconocidos, ampliando las oportunidades de colaboración e investigación para los estudiantes.

The "Espacios de Cruce" event took place from August 27 to 31, aimed at students of the Bachelor of Dramatic Arts. It featured the participation of nine renowned artists and researchers in the field of Performing Arts in Mexico. Through two-hour talks, the creative processes and the most recent research of the guests were explored. The objective was to bring students closer to new forms of scenic writing, highlighting art as a tool of denunciation and subversion against patriarchal systems.
The meeting focused on art as a liminal space, where the borders between life and art are blurred, promoting reflection on the transformative power of art in society. The expansion of scenic languages and their role in the subversion of the political order was discussed, particularly in a context such as that of Mexico. In addition, students reflected on topics such as identity, communication and appropriation of abandoned spaces.
Guests such as Antonio Prieto, Shaday Larios, César Enríquez and others answered questions about the relationship between politics and the stage, and shared their perspectives on how their research and creations impact both themselves and others. The event also strengthened the Bachelor of Dramatic Arts' ties with renowned theatre groups and institutions, expanding collaboration and research opportunities for students.
