    El presente artículo es el resultado de las conclusiones preliminares de una tesis de posgrado que se encuentra en desarrollo y mediante el cual, siguiendo el método de investigación documental y de análisis de contenido, se exponen los antecedentes históricos de la noción de Derechos Humanos desde la antigüedad hasta nuestros días. Específicamente, se analizan cuáles son los sistemas de protección de Derechos Humanos que existen, en qué consisten y los productos o resoluciones que emiten como resultado de su trabajo. Asimismo, se ofrece una aproximación a la figura de la cosa interpretada —en concreto sus orígenes, ideas y concepciones— para luego proponer nuestra propia noción de dicha figura. En estas conclusiones preliminares del trabajo se destaca que, desde la perspectiva del Derecho Internacional Convencional, estas figuras no se consideran expresamente vinculantes para los Estados condenados por las resoluciones mencionadas a lo largo del artículo.

    This article is the result of the preliminary conclusions of a postgraduate thesis that is in development, and through which, following the method of documentary research and content analysis, we will expose the historical background of the notion of Human Rights from antiquity to the present day. Later we will analyze which are the systems of protection of Human Rights that exist, what they consist of, and the products or resolutions that they issue as a result of the work developed by said systems. Subsequently, we will begin to approach the figure of the interpreted thing. From it, we will expose its origins, ideas and conceptions, to finally propose our own notion of said figure. In the conclusions of this work, which it is reiterated are preliminary to a larger work, we will obtain that from the point of view of Conventional International Law, these figures are not expressly binding for the States condemned by the resolutions alluded to throughout. of the present work.
