Consecuencias colaterales en hijos/as de víctimas de acoso psicológico laboral (mobbing): Huellas en la dimensión subjetiva y familiar

    Las investigaciones sobre mobbing o acoso psicológico en el trabajo, permiten comprender que el impacto de este fenómeno psicosocial excede el ámbito laboral y que las consecuencias sobre la salud y el bienestar de los/as trabajadores/as tiene efectos sobre la vida familiar y su dinámica. El artículo expone las consecuencias en los/as hijos/as, según la vivencia de trabajadores/as que sufrieron acoso psicológico laboral. La investigación es de tipo cualitativa, descriptiva-interpretativa. Se realizaron 15 entrevistas en profundidad, bajo consentimiento informado, y se procedió a realizar una codificación y análisis de las categorías emergentes, tomando como referencia la teoría fundamentada. Algunas conclusiones de este estudio de casos, refieren a que el acoso psicológico trasciende lo laboral para adentrarse en la dinámica familiar, y que una disminución del registro de las necesidades de otros/as, el desborde emocional o la reproducción de la violencia vivida de las víctimas, devienen en interpelaciones por parte de los/as hijos/as a los roles sociales adultos, la manifestación de síntomas y alguna forma de representación de la violencia sufrida por sus progenitores/as. La calidad de los vínculos construidos en la historicidad del grupo familiar, permite transitar y salir del estado de vulnerabilidad de las víctimas de acoso psicológico.

    Research on mobbing or psychological harassment at work, allows us to understand that the impact of this psychosocial phenomenon exceeds the workplace and that the consequences on the health and well-being of workers have effects on family life and its dynamics.The article exposes the consequences on children, according to the experience of workers who suffered psychological harassment at work. The research is qualitative, descriptive-interpretative. Fifteen in-depth interviews were carried out, under informed consent, and the emerging categories were codified and analyzed, taking the grounded theory as a reference. Some conclusions of this case study refer to the fact that psychological harassment transcends the workplace to delve into family dynamics, and that a decrease in the registration of the needs of others, the emotional overflow or the reproduction of the violence experienced by the victims, they become questions by the children to adult social roles, the manifestation of symptoms and some form of representation of the violence suffered by their parents. The quality of the ties built in the historicity of the family group, allows the victims of psychological harassment to transit and leave the state of vulnerability.
