Resumen de Autoanálisis de la práctica docente: medio útil para reflexionar sobre las problemáticas educativas en el nivel de educación media superior

  El propósito de esta investigación documental es identificar, mediante un análisis introspectivo sobre las prácticas docentes en la educación media superior, aquellos problemas de aprendizaje estrechamente relacionados con el logro de los objetivos de aprendizaje establecidos. Para ello, se analizaron los informes de 48 profesores que impartían diversas asignaturas. El lapso del tiempo para estos informes incluyó tres fases diferentes: antes de la pandemia covid-19, durante la pandemia y después de la pandemia. Los resultados muestran que la planificación instruccional, seguida del desarrollo de estrategias y el trabajo entre pares, son las áreas con mayor impacto negativo en el aula. Además, se encontró que, estadísticamente, no hubo diferencias significativas para estas tres áreas antes, durante o después de la pandemia.

  The purpose of this documentary research is to identify, from an introspective analysis about teaching practices in secondary school, those learning problems closely related with the achievement of the established learning goals. The main goal was to identify the problems inherent to teachers in these grade levels. For this study, reports for 48 different professors teaching various subjects were analyzed. The time span for these reports includes three different phases, before the COVID19 pandemic, during the pandemic and after the pandemic. Results show that instructional planning, followed by the development of strategies and work among peers are the areas with the largest negative impact on the classroom. It was also found that statistically, there were no significative differences for these three areas before, during or after the Pandemic.
