Resumen de Función y fractura de la república representativa en México

El presente artículo pretende dar respuesta al cuestionamiento de Thomas Meany, quien plantea que la democracia es un régimen basado en la fe y que mantiene la compostura mientras la gente cree en él, a través del análisis de los elementos que se han sumado a nuestro método democrático, como son: el nuevo paradigma constitucional en materia de derechos humanos, la apariencia actual de los partidos políticos, la acción social con sus implicaciones en la fórmula de sociedad civil organizada, así como, el liberalismo contemporáneo. A partir de que cada uno de estos elementos, se pretende explicar desde la realidad actual, la representatividad republicana, distinguiendo su función en el régimen democrático concreto con las fracturas en sus pretensiones teóricas y legales.

This article aims to answer the question of Thomas Meany, who argues that democracy is a regime based on faith and that maintains the composure while people believe in it, through the analysis of the elements that have been added to our method democratic, as they are: the new constitutional paradigm in the matter of human rights, the current appearance of political parties, social action with its implications in the formula of organized civil society, as well as contemporary liberalism. From each of these elements, it is intended to explain from the current reality, the republican representation, distinguishing its function in the concrete democratic regime with the fractures in its theoretical and legal pretensions.
