    Durante la educación inicial es posible comenzar a identificar diferencias en el desarrollo cognitivo de los niños, esto dependerá en gran parte del contexto familiar y social donde se desenvuelvan; así como las acciones que la institución escolar y los padres consideren prioritarias para enfrentar; sin embargo, existen problemáticas en la adquisición de aprendizaje que de no atenderse de forma temprana y oportuna continuaran a lo largo de la vida escolar de los menores.

    El presente trabajo tiene a bien brindar una perspectiva sobre cómo se ha estudiado el trastorno por déficit de atención e hiperactividad, su prevalencia, diagnóstico e intervención desde la teoría histórico cultural aplicada a la neuropsicología y como se puede vincular con los aprendizajes esperados de la actual reforma educativa en México.

    During initial education it can been found differences in the cognitive development in children, this will depend of the familiar and social context were he glib; the same as the educational institution and the parent actions considered more important to affront, however, there existed problematics in the knowledge acquisition that if are not attendance in a soon an opportune wat they will continue affect the scholar life of the children.

    This work has the objective to show how the Attention Deficit Disorder and Hyperactivity has been studied, the prevalence, diagnostic and intervention based in the Historic-cultural paradigm applied to the neuropsychology and how these aspects can be tied with the expected knowledge of the actual education reform in Mexico.
