  • Resumen
    • The study aims to determine the relationship between labour migration and income stratification of the population and based on the results, to formulate recommendations to ensure a balance between attracting low-skilled workers from abroad and high-class specialists, such as managers or technologists, who will make key sectors of the national economy of Azerbaijan more efficient. Statistical methods, Gini coefficient analysis, and longitudinal analysis were utilized to compare economic data, evaluate inequality, and study migration trends in Azerbaijan. Key migration and economic trends in Azerbaijan, such as international entries, repatriations, GDP, population, and unemployment rates, were analyzed.
