    Immigration is a phenomenon that accompanies the history of humanity, but it is intriguing that Brazil is receiving a dense immigration movement of Haitians that include the Brazilian territory as a destination to seek better living conditions. Thus, the purpose of this study is to analyze the context of Haitian immigration in Brazil and the integration of Haitian workers in the companies in which they are allocated. The research is characterized as bibliographical allowing the theoretical foundation, which will later be deepened. In this sense, the theme is justified because it is extremely important to understand the relationships established with managers, colleagues, that there are cultures, values, and different habits constituting a challenging environment where interculturality is present at all times. Therefore, it is necessary to construct researches that provide information support, allowing knowledge of how to conduct established relations, as well as minimizing the impacts of cultural conflicts. Therefore, it is important to know the Haitian culture, by the Brazilians, as well as to disseminate our Brazilian culture to the immigrants, with the exchange of experiences, knowledge, not to determine a homogeneous culture, but to enable the integration and dynamics of the work team, With the differences and making the environment conducive to the development of the designated works.

    A imigração é um fenômeno que acompanha a história da humanidade, no entanto, é instigante o fato do Brasil estar recebendo um movimento imigratório denso dos haitianos que incluem o território brasileiro como destino para buscar melhores condições de vida. Assim, o estudo ora construído tem como escopo analisar o contexto da imigração haitiana no Brasil, e a integração dos trabalhadores haitianos nas empresas em que são alocados. A pesquisa caracteriza-se como bibliográfica possibilitando a fundamentação teórica, que posteriormente será aprofundada. Neste sentido, a temática se justifica porque é de suma relevância compreender as relações que se estabelecer com gestores, colegas de trabalho, haja vista, que existem culturas, valores, hábitos distintos constituindo um ambiente desafiador onde a interculturalidade está presente a todo momento. Assim sendo, é preciso construir pesquisas que facultem suporte de informações possibilitando conhecimento de como conduzir as relações estabelecidas, bem como minimizar os impactos de embates culturais. Logo, é importante conhecer a cultura haitiana, pelo brasileiros, tal como disseminar a nossa cultura brasileira para os imigrantes ocorrendo a troca de experiências, conhecimento, não para determinar uma cultura homogênea, mas para viabilizar a integração e dinâmica da equipe de trabalho, consentindo com as diferenças e tornando o ambiente favorável para o desenvolvimento dos trabalhos designados.
