Resumen de Estrategias para Mitigar El Bullying en los Niños de Grado Primero de la Institución Educativa Paulo VI De Lorica

  Este artículo es producto de la investigación acerca del fenómeno del bullying o acoso escolar de los 18 estudiantes entre 5 y 7 años que cursan el grado primero de la Institución Educativa Paulo VI, perteneciente del municipio de Lorica, Córdoba, Colombia. En esta población se busca investigar si se presenta la problemática del bullying desde un punto de vista social y psicológico y cómo este podría impactar en la vida de los niños afectándolos en su capacidad de interactuar con su entorno social. Su objetivo es analizar la influencia del acoso escolar en el rendimiento académico con el fin de crear estrategias que ayuden a mitigar esta problemática. El estudio se realizó desde un enfoque metodológico cualitativo para recopilar la información, donde se usaron instrumentos como el diario de campo, entrevistas semiestructuradas y la observación participante, el tipo de investigación es la Investigación Acción-Participativa (IAP). Finalmente, se mostrarán resultados parciales de la investigación donde se demuestra que cuando se utiliza la estrategia adecuada se puede reducir el Bullying y el rendimiento de los niños será mucho mejor.

  This article is the product of research on the phenomenon of bullying of 18 students between 5 and 7 years old who are in the first grade of the Paulo VI Educational Institution, belonging to the municipality of Lorica, Córdoba, Colombia. In this population, we seek to investigate whether the problem of bullying arises from a social and psychological point of view and how it could impact the lives of children, affecting their ability to interact with their social environment. Its objective is to analyze the influence of bullying on academic performance in order to create strategies that help mitigate this problem. The study was carried out from a qualitative methodological approach to collect information, where instruments such as the field diary, semi-structured interviews and participant observation were used, the type of research is Participatory-Action Research (PAR). Finally, partial results of the research will be shown showing that when the appropriate strategy is used, bullying can be reduced and children's performance will be much better.
