  • The article deals with the relationship between legal science and politics of law in labour law. The starting point is the criticism of the separation of labour law and economics. The separation between the knowledge about the functioning and function of labour law and the prescription of values by legal scholars allows distinguishing the scientific function from the political one of legal scholarship.
