• Resumen

  • The reflection concerns the spread of participatory forms through the collective bargaining. The focus is in particular on the recent legislative and ministerial interventions that promote an «equal involvement» of workers; the author wonders, also through a brief comparison, about the criterium of equal partnership and the possibility that it may constitute a limit to the real and effective participation of workers in company decisions.
