Resumen de A parameters identification method and experimental analysis of contact friction interface in thermal environment

Yunzhao Wang, Chaofeng Li, Tichang Jia, Shijie Pan

  • This article presents groundbreaking research in parameter identification for mechanical friction interfaces in thermal environments. First, a temperature-dependent model was developed to accurately identify interface parameters at different temperatures. Second, a specialized experimental setup was designed for friction parameter identification to identify interface parameters under various load conditions in thermal environments. This design ensured both usability and accuracy, maintaining a high resolution. By comparing with the experimental data, we find that the difference in the interface parameters of theoretical model identification is small, which proves the feasibility of our method. These research findings serve as a vital reference for future studies on interface parameter identification in thermal environments, establishing a solid foundation for achieving precise and efficient identification of interface parameters.
