Resumen de El impacto del uso de las TIC y estrategias de enseñanza- aprendizaje en el desarrollo profesional de los docentes de la Unidad Educativa Pablo Neruda

  Este estudio investiga cómo las Tecnologías de la Información y la Comunicación (TIC) y las estrategias de enseñanza-aprendizaje promueven el desarrollo profesional de los docentes en la Unidad Educativa Pablo Neruda, enfocándose en cómo los docentes integran las TIC para mejorar su práctica educativa adaptándolas al currículo y al contexto social.

  Las TIC han transformado la dinámica educativa al ampliar los espacios de aprendizaje, mejorar la comunicación entre docentes y estudiantes, fomentando la inclusión social y facilitando el acceso equitativo a los contenidos educativos, para promover el desarrollo de múltiples habilidades en los estudiantes.

  El estudio tiene un enfoque mixto, combinando método cuantitativo y cualitativo, para el análisis de los datos recopilados a través de encuestas y entrevistas que se realizaron a la planta docente, sobre cómo se adaptan a la TIC, tanto los beneficios y desafíos de su implementación como el aporte a su desarrollo profesional.

  Los resultados indican que, aunque los docentes frecuentemente utilizan las TIC en sus prácticas educativas, enfrentan desafíos significativos como la infraestructura tecnológica limitada y la falta de capacitación continua. Estas limitaciones afectan la efectividad de la integración tecnológica, resaltando la necesidad de mejorar los recursos tecnológicos y ofrecer formación continua que promueva el desarrollo profesional.

  Se concluye que la integración efectiva de TIC y estrategias pedagógicas innovadoras es fundamental para el desarrollo profesional de los docentes, fomentando la innovación educativa y mejorando la calidad educativa en la Unidad Educativa Pablo Neruda.

  This study investigates how Information and Communication Technologies (TIC) and teaching-learning strategies promote the professional development of teachers at the Pablo Neruda Educational Unit, focusing on how teachers integrate TIC to improve their educational practice by adapting them to the curriculum and the social context.

  TIC has transformed the educational dynamic by expanding learning spaces, improving communication between teachers and students, promoting social inclusion and facilitating equitable access to educational content, to promote the development of multiple skills in students.

  The study has a mixed approach, combining quantitative and qualitative methods, for the analysis of data collected through surveys and interviews that were conducted with the teaching staff, on how they adapt to TIC, both the benefits and challenges of its implementation and the contribution to their professional development.

  The results indicate that, although teachers frequently use TIC in their educational practices, they face significant challenges such as limited technological infrastructure and lack of ongoing training. These limitations affect the effectiveness of technological integration, highlighting the need to improve technological resources and offer ongoing training that promotes professional development.

  It is concluded that the effective integration of TIC and innovative pedagogical strategies is essential for the professional development of teachers, promoting educational innovation and improving educational quality at the Pablo Neruda Educational Unit.
