    La idea de considerar cuales son los múltiples retos y desafíos, como múltiples obstáculos,  de los ensayos didácticos, por una educación eficaz que reduzca la discriminación, el conflicto social, y muchos  de los conflictos que vemos en las aulas de maltrato recurrente y de dificultad por encontrar un dispositivo seguro para dirigir a unos sujetos en formación, hacia caminos de convivencia, equidad y justicia,  es una de las consideraciones que en este ejercicio reflexivo quiere desarrollarse, a partir de analizar el contexto histórico y la comprensión general de un momento que ofrece contrasentidos  múltiples, en los que encontramos esa tensión permanente entre lo que significa, resolver conflicto con guerra o la posibilidad reconciliadora que se une a la situación vencida. Pero en el escenario hay eventos en donde priman costumbres, frente a la imposición legal y racional por resolver en los escenarios educativos, como currículo. Entonces hay un enfrentamiento por la búsqueda de la acertada fórmula que conduzca a satisfacer justicia, reconocimiento y equidad

    The idea of considering the multiple challenges and obstacles in educational trials, aiming for effective education that reduces discrimination, social conflict, and many of the issues we see in classrooms such as recurring mistreatment and difficulties in finding a safe approach to guide students towards paths of coexistence, equity, and justice, is one of the key considerations in this reflective exercise. It seeks to analyze the historical context and the overall understanding of a moment filled with multiple contradictions, where we constantly face the tension between resolving conflict through war or embracing the possibility of reconciliation as a response to a defeated situation. However, in the educational setting, events often prioritize customs over the legal and rational impositions aimed at solving these issues, as part of the curriculum. Thus, we are confronted with the search for the right formula that leads us to achieve justice, recognition, and equity.
