  • In today’s globalized world, multinational corporations are facing unprecedented challenges and opportunities. Among them, how to effectively manage human resources to respond to market changes and the needs of enterprise development has become an urgent problem to be solved. This article aims to explore the flexible supply and allocation strategy of human resources for multinational corporations based on information system resource management, in order to provide a new approach to human resource management for multinational corporations. For multinational corporations, information system resource management is the key to ensuring smooth information flow, resource sharing, and collaborative work worldwide. Flexible management of human resources is a management model that centers around people and emphasizes various factors such as individual personality, emotions, and abilities. It avoids mandatory factors in traditional management and places more emphasis on equality and respect between individuals. For multinational corporations, flexible human resource management can enhance the position of the enterprise in the minds of employees, enhance their loyalty and sense of belonging to the enterprise, and provide strong support for the development of the enterprise.
