I This study aims to explore the empirical effects of management control in Chinese A-share listed companies based on AI systems. Under the current wave of digitization and intelligence, artificial intelligence (AI) technology has gradually penetrated into various aspects of enterprise management, becoming an important tool to improve management efficiency and optimize resource allocation. However, there is still a lack of systematic and in-depth research on the application and effectiveness evaluation of AI technology in the field of enterprise management and control. This article first reviews the relevant research on the application of AI in enterprise management at home and abroad, and analyzes the challenges and opportunities faced by current A-share listed companies in China in terms of management control. On this basis, this article constructs a management and control framework based on AI systems, which covers multiple stages such as data collection, model construction, and decision support, aiming to achieve comprehensive monitoring and precise control of enterprise operation processes through AI technology. The research results indicate that the management control framework based on AI systems has significant advantages in improving enterprise management efficiency, optimizing resource allocation, and reducing operating costs.
