In recent years, online education has developed rapidly. In order to further optimize the performance of educational resource networks, improve user retrieval efficiency and user experience. This article conducts in-depth research on the network management mode of educational resources, guided by teaching quality. This article focuses on the online education management models of universities in China, the United States, and the United Kingdom. Taking Guangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Tongling College (Chinese universities), as well as Kansas City College of Arts in the United States and the University of Exeter in the United Kingdom (Foreign universities) as examples. A comparative analysis was conducted on the characteristics and differences of online education management models in universities from different countries. The educational resource network described in this article has significant advantages in regional sharing due to its own network architecture, and is relatively low-cost and easy to repair. By combining the characteristics of educational resource networks and optimizing the ant colony algorithm, a suitable educational resource network retrieval algorithm was obtained, which improved the retrieval efficiency of users. The research results of this article are of great significance for improving the quality of online education and promoting educational modernization.
