    El presente artículo comprende los derechos de propiedad industrial y su amparo en el derecho cubano. Se destaca la importancia de la doctrina y las legislaciones históricas y actuales. Se examina el papel del texto constitucional y su desarrollo en el derecho sustantivo. Se menciona la influencia del Derecho Internacional de Propiedad Industrial. En el siglo XXI, la tecnología ha generado la creación de nuevos productos y servicios en la sociedad, y el Derecho debe regular estas nuevas inversiones para dar protección y adaptarlos a la realidad actual.

    This article includes industrial property rights and their protection in Cuban law. The importance of historical and current doctrine and legislation is highlighted. The role of the constitutional text and its development in substantive law is examined. The influence of International Industrial Property Law is mentioned. In the 21st century, technology has generated the creation of new products and services in society, and the Law must regulate these new investments to protect and adapt them to the current reality.
