Experiencias de líderes víctimas del conflicto armado frente a procesos de atención psicosocial en el municipio de Chalán

    Introducción: El conflicto armado ha dejado un impacto significativo en la población colombiana, destacando las afectaciones psicológicas que han requerido de la implementación de procesos de atención y acompañamiento psicosocial. Este estudio analiza los procesos de atención psicosocial en el municipio de Chalán desde la experiencia de los líderes comunitarios. Metodología: Desde un enfoque cualitativo fenomenológico, se implementaron grupos focales donde participaron 35 líderes y lideresas. Resultados: Los resultados revelaron inconformidades debido a la ausencia, insuficiencia o deficiencia de las acciones estatales en materia de atención psicosocial. Entre las expresiones destacadas se encuentran: "En el territorio, los procesos psicosociales que se han llevado a cabo han sido escasos, desarrollados a través de talleres grupales que no satisfacen las necesidades de salud mental de la comunidad"; "Vienen hacer acción con daño, por eso recomendamos que los procesos de atención psicosocial deben ser íntegros, constantes y permanentes", "No tienen en cuenta el enfoque diferencial”. Discusión: Los hallazgos subrayan la necesidad de implementar intervenciones psicosociales integrales con un enfoque diferencial, que involucre la participación de la comunidad, los líderes, las entidades públicas y privadas, garantizando el fortalecimiento del bienestar psicológico, subjetivo, social y promoviendo el desarrollo social.

    Introduction: The armed conflict has left a significant impact on the Colombian population, highlighting the psychological affectations that have required the implementation of psychosocial care and accompaniment processes. This study analyzes the processes of psychosocial care in the municipality of Chalán from the experience of community leaders. Methodology: From a qualitative phenomenological approach, focus groups were implemented with the participation of 35 leaders. Results: The results revealed nonconformities due to the absence, insufficiency or deficiency of state actions in the area of psychosocial care. Among the expressions highlighted were: "In the territory, the psychosocial processes that have been carried out have been scarce, developed through group workshops that do not meet the mental health needs of the community"; "They come to do action with damage, that is why we recommend that the psychosocial care processes should be comprehensive, constant and permanent", "They do not take into account the differential approach"; "They do not take into account the differential approach". Discussion: The findings underline the need to implement comprehensive psychosocial interventions with a differential approach, involving the participation of the community, leaders and public and private entities, ensuring the strengthening of psychological, subjective and social well-being, and promoting social development.
