    Este trabajo aborda la interpretación de la filosofía nietzscheana realizada por el jurista Edgar Bodenheimer para verificar si ella puede ayudar en la comprensión del pensamiento de Nietzsche en relación con el derecho. Se busca recoger las impresiones fundamentales de la obra de Bodenheimer sobre Nietzsche para examinar posibles errores cometidos por el jurista al tratar el pensamiento nietzscheano. Al término de este estudio, se pretende responder a la hipótesis planteada sobre si todavía hay relevancia en el estudio de la lectura hecha por Bodenheimer para entender el pensamiento de Nietzsche sobre el derecho.

    This work deals with the interpretation of Nietzschean philosophy carried out by jurist Edgar Bodenheimer to verify if it can help in the understanding of Nietzsche's thought in relation to law. We seek to gather the fundamental impressions of Bodenheimer's work on Nietzsche to examine possible mistakes made by the jurist when dealing with Nietzschean thought. At the end of this study, it is intended to answer the hypothesis raised about whether or not there is still relevance in the study of the reading made by Bodenheimer for the understanding of Nietzsche's thought on law.
