Terrorismo: pasado y presente

    El concepto de terrorismo está a priori definido, aunque plantea dudas criminológicas sobre su verdadero contenido, es decir, hay otros planteamientos sobre esas realidades delictivas inmersas en abanderar causas políticas o religiosas, que bien podrían entenderse incursas en simple crimen común organizado. El pasado reciente y el presente, con capítulos más o menos activos en la perpetración de actos violentos, lo cierto es que cuenta con numerosos atentados atribuibles a las diferentes bandas terroristas que pueblan el mundo, unas veces asumidos por dichos grupos y otras que se les adjudican. El radicalismo asimétrico es su motor de funcionamiento, y un perfecto organigrama vertical contribuye a que estas organizaciones se perpetúen en el tiempo, con un conglomerado de intereses que resumen su actividad, donde resulta difícil desligar el factor económico como elemento propulsor de sus actuaciones, por más que el envoltorio sea otro. Dentro de estos grupos subversivos, los hay con actos violentos localizados únicamente en su país o aquellos otros que han siso expansivos fuera de sus fronteras en función de sus espurios intereses.

    The concept of terrorism is clear, however there are criminological doubts about the true content, therefore, there are other approaches about these criminal realities wanting to champion political or religious causes, which they could understand like simple common and organized crime. The recent past and the present, sometimes with more violent actions and sometimes with less violent actions, but with attacks by different terrorist gangs in the world, sometimes recognized attacks and sometimes not recognized attacks. The asymmetric radicalism is the running engine, and a perfect vertical organization chart did that these organizations lasto ver time, with a lot of interests into their activity, and where is difficult separate the economic factor like propellant element of their actions, although the packaging was different. In these subversive groups, there are this one with violent acts into the country but there are other groups act outside their borders following their false interests.
