    El informe de misión del Comité de Peticiones del Parlamento Europeo de 22 de abril de 2022 ha puesto de relieve que en un porcentaje significativo de los asesinatos cometidos por la banda terrorista ETA no existe sentencia judicial para todos los autores físicos de los delitos. Según dicho informe diversas circunstancias han obstaculizado gravemente los esfuerzos en la investigación de tales delitos, por lo que se aboga -entre otras recomendaciones- por la posible configuración de los delitos de terrorismo como delitos de lesa humanidad, incluso con anterioridad a la fecha de entrada en vigor de la  Ley Orgánica 15/2003, de 25 de noviembre de reforma del Código Penal

    The mission report of the Committee on Petitions of the European Parliament of 22 April 2022 has highlighted that in a significant percentage of the murders committed by the terrorist group ETA, there is no court ruling for all the physical perpetrators of the crimes. According to this report, various circumstances have seriously hampered efforts to investigate such crimes, which is why it advocates - among other recommendations - the possible configuration of terrorist crimes as crimes against humanity, even before the date of entry into force of Organic Law 15/2003, of 25 November, reforming the Criminal Code
