    This article aims to discuss the relevance of the General Theory of Complexes in the work of the philosopher Gaston Bachelard and various authors, considering that his view of the world and things is profound and curious, leading us to a reading of the world in the manner of the educator-philosopher Paulo Freire. The research began during the author's master's degree project and continued throughout her life, which includes almost thirty years of research on the Internet, in magazines, newspapers, and in documentary and bibliographic sources. This article discusses the relevance of a second edition, revised, expanded and with a realignment of the title in this new version. The methodology was a critical-investigation.

    O artigo objetiva discutir a relevância da Teoria Geral dos Complexos na obra do filósofo Gaston Bachelard e autores diversos, considerando que seu olhar sobre o mundo e as coisas é profundo e curioso, remetendo-nos para uma leitura do mundo ao modo do educador-filósofo Paulo Freire. A pesquisa teve início no mestrado e se estendeu por toda a vida da pesquisadora, que compreende quase trinta anos de pesquisa e buscas em redes de internet, revistas, jornais e fontes documentais e bibliográficas. Este artigo trata de discutir a relevância de uma segunda edição, revista e ampliada com realinhamento do título nesta nova versão. A metodologia utilizada foi a crítico-investigativa.
