Resumen de El impacto de la formalización de los emprendimientos en su sostenibilidad y éxito

  El presente trabajo se enfoca en explorar cómo la formalización de un emprendimiento influye en su éxito a largo plazo y su capacidad para mantenerse en el mercado. Se realizó un diagnóstico mediante una investigación que nos dio a conocer la realidad actual de los emprendimientos en la ciudad de Guayaquil, tomando en cuenta que la informalidad es uno de los aspectos negativos que impactan negativamente en la economía de un país. Por ello, se abordaron los beneficios y desafíos de formalizar un negocio, así como las implicaciones legales, financieras y operativas que conlleva. Además, se pretende discutir estrategias efectivas para formalizar un emprendimiento y cómo esto puede abrir oportunidades de crecimiento, acceso a financiamiento y desarrollo sostenible. Cabe resaltar que los emprendedores tienen el conocimiento de lo importante que es la formalización de sus negocios, aunque se refleja que hay poca motivación en generar esta formalización por diferentes factores como el pago de impuestos y tasas no contempladas en el estudio del proyecto, confusión en cómo realizar el trámite, ya que son diferentes instituciones que se encargan de temas en específico, así también lo complejo de ciertos trámites y seguimientos de estos, lo cual se vuelve confuso para los emprendedores. Se recomienda realizar otro estudio en el cual se refleje en términos de porcentajes las dificultades para formalizar los emprendimientos.

  This work focuses on exploring how the formalization of a venture influences its long-term success and its ability to remain in the market. A diagnosis is made through research that reveals the current reality of entrepreneurship in the city of Guayaquil. Taking into account that informality is one of the negative aspects that negatively impact the economy of a country. Therefore, the benefits and challenges of formalizing a business are addressed, as well as the legal, financial and operational implications that it entails. In addition, it is intended to discuss effective strategies to formalize a venture and how this can open opportunities for growth, access to financing and sustainable development. It should be noted that entrepreneurs have the knowledge of how important the formalization of their businesses is, although it is reflected that there is little motivation in generating this formalization due to different factors such as the payment of taxes and fees not contemplated in the study of the project, confusion in how to carry out the procedure since there are different institutions that are in charge of specific issues, as well as the complexity of certain procedures and their follow-up, which becomes confusing for entrepreneurs. It is recommended to carry out another study in which the difficulties in formalizing the ventures are reflected in terms of percentages.
